Biological Clock of Human Body
The internal mechanisms that schedule periodic bodily functions and activities is know as Biological clock or Circadian Rhythm.
3am to 5am-(The life force is especially in the lungs)
Those who wants their body is healthy and active then This is the best time for drinking some lukewarm water, walking in the open air and doing pranayama. People who get up in Brahmamuhurta are intelligent and enthusiastic and those who stay asleep, life becomes dull.
5am to 7am – (The life force is in the large intestine)
This is the time for defecation and the bath should be done. Those who defecate after 7 o’clock in the morning have many diseases.
7am to 9am – (The life force is in the stomach)
At this time we can take only milk or fruit juice or any beverage items
9am to 11am – (The life force is in the pancreas and spleen)
This time is suitable for food. Drink lukewarm water (according to convenience) sips in between meals.
11am to 1pm – (The life force is in the Heart)
There is a law in our culture to do mid-evening around 12 noon from 11 to 1 pm. During this time Food forbidden. This time is known as Sandhya Kaal. This time is best for reading, writing, singing or doing spiritual things.
1pm to 3pm– (The life force is in the small intestine)
About 2 hours after the meal should drink water according to thirst. Eating or sleeping at this time hinders the absorption of nutritious food and juices and the body becomes sick and weak.
3pm to 5pm – (The life force is in the bladder)
If you drink water 2-4 hours before this time, there will be a tendency to pass urine at this time. And you’ll never suffer from kidney or urine disease.
5pm to 7pm – (The life force is in the kidney)
Light food should be taken at this time. Do not eat for 10 minutes before sunset to 10 minutes after (in the evening). Milk can be drunk three hours after meals in the evening
7pm to 9pm – (The life force is in the brain)
At this time the brain is especially active. Therefore, except in the morning, the lesson read in this period is remembered quickly.
9pm to 11pm – (The life force is in the spinal cord)
This time provides maximum relaxation. The awakening of this time exhausts the body and the intellect.
11pm to 1am – (The life force is in the gall bladder)
The awakening of this time produces bile disorders, insomnia, eye diseases and brings early old age. New cells are formed during this time.
1am to 3am – (The life force is in the liver)
The awakening of this time spoils the liver (liver) and the digestive system.
Rishis and Ayurvedacharyas have said that it is forbidden to eat food without feeling hungry. Therefore, keep the quantity of food in the morning and evening in such a way that during the time mentioned above, one feels hungry freely.
